Back to School Night

A parent-only night that happens in SEPTEMBER. Parents gather for a brief message of welcome from the Administration and PTA President. Parents then begin their “school day” by following their child’s schedule from class to class. Classes last 10 minutes. Teachers will talk about structure and expectations for the class. Feel free to ask quesitons. Fill out your child’s schedule using this BLANK SCHEDULE FORM and bring with you.

Are you scared to look in your child’s backpack? Join us on September 20, 2011 as noted author and children’s organizational expert Ana Homayoun talks with us about strategies to make this school year a successful one. Homayoun is the Founder/Director of Green Ivy Educational Consulting (www.greenivyed.com) and her simple strategies and straight-forward style have been featured nationally. Her first book, “That Crumpled Paper Was Due Last Week: Helping Disorganized and Distracted Boys Succeed in School and Life” will be available at the talk.
